Total February sales for the Toyota Division, according to Toyota Motor North America Inc. came to 156,001 units. With 27,498 models sold throughout the month and the Camry was easily the brand’s top-seller. The Highlander, RAV4, and 4Runner each achieved new February sales records with sales of the Highlander up 27.8 percent to reach 15,928 units, sales of the RAV4 up 3.2 percent to reach 26,351 units, and sales of the 4Runner up 28.7 percent to reach 10,912 units.

“Industry sales in February topped a 17 million unit pace for the eighth straight month,” said Bill Fay, group vice president and general manager of the Toyota division. “Led by best-ever February sales of RAV4, 4Runner, and Highlander the Toyota division also set a new light truck record for the month.”

  • Sales of the Yaris increased 16.4 percent to reach 1,057 units
  • Sales of the Yaris iA increased 21.5 percent to reach 2,801 units
