This is my 4th vehicle purchase at Fiore over the years and I keep returning due to the no pressure sales comfort factor I experience as a shopper and satisfaction working with Bob Irvin and the Fiore staff. I am a loyal customer - consumer and want to be treated with respect while feeling I have received a purchase that meets my needs and financials.. Working with Bob at Fiore, I felt I received what I wanted in a purchase at a fair price. The other part of the sales process that I like working with Bob is that he delivers what was agreed upon during the sale and then follows up with a personal phone call to see how your new vehicle is performing, etc.. To me, that is a very nice and professional touch to stay connected to your clients. In closing, Bob Irvin is a professional and enjoyable low pressure sales rep to work with.. I would highly recommend Bob to any future client along with the remaining sales staff at Fiore.. They all appear to be seasoned sales reps who have been in the industry for some years, yet make you feel comfortable when you arrive to shop for what is a major purchase. Our need was rather urgent and we did some weekend looking at Fiore's lot on the VW/Toyota side after viewing various websites in the surrounding Altoona area. A Ford Ranger caught our eye. The next weekday my husband went alone to test drive and further evaluate the truck. That is when he made contact with Salesperson, Evan Henderson. Evan was courteous, helpful and eager to assist him with the evaluation process. Evan and his associates assisted both of us with exploring our financial options and worked with us in transacting the purchase successfully, to everyone's satisfaction. |

Our salesman, Bobby irvin, was very professional and tremendously helpful to my husband and I in selecting the vehicle. He is incredibly knowledgeable on all the vehicle extras and nicely explains the functions in simple terms. His assistance was instrumental in selecting this car with confidence and he continues to graciously provide his services and answer my questions after the sale (which I greatly appreciate...I don't have to spend days reading manuals and am not the fastest learner with respect to technology). I am very impressed with the technology in the vehicle and the smooth ride of the new 2014 Toyota Highlander. It's nice to know I am welcome any time to stop and see Bobby with any questions. An A+ dealer, Great vehicle and a Great salesman! |

Evan has gone above and beyond anything that I could ask of someone selling me a car. It's nice to walk out of the dealership after having talked to someone that knows the vehicle, hasn't pressured you, and, especially, hasn't made you feel like you've been screwed over. I had been wanting to purchase my dream car for quite some time and Evan helped me to do so. He was very friendly and personable and made me feel comfortable. He answered any questions I had and took the time to explain my new cars features. I plan on keeping my new car for a long time but I will definitely go back to Fiore's in the future for any purchases. Evan is an excellent salesman and extremely friendly. |

Mark, within minutes answered all my questions and had us approved over the phone. By far this was the easiest vehicle loan that I had ever done. We picked the truck up the next day and paper work was all ready for us no waiting. Mark went over the vehicle and help us with any question that we had. It was truly a GREAT experience. More than that, we LOVE the lifetime warranty. We were long time Chevy owners and were very impressed with this truck and the fact that you are supporting American jobs, which was important to us. We had already decided to purchase the vehicle, but were even more impressed with the features that Mark showed us, as we had no idea the vehicle carried so many extras. Mark was very on key with knowing the truck well, and made sure we were paying attention to all it's features. Also, we felt comfortable and not pressured which was very important to us to be given the time to think. We both would recommend your dealership to anyone who asks about buying a new vehicle. I looked at 4 SUV's at another car lot (being honest here) and liked the 2011 Rav4 so I decided to check out Fiore Toyota. That turned out to be an excellent idea. Not only did I find the vehicle I wanted but because I bought from the dealership I got the full warranty too. Yea! I dealt with Bill Hughes and he couldn't have been nicer and was very knowledgeable about vehicle. Thanks Bill. I received a fair trade-in for my 11 year old vehicle from Jeremy Brown. Thank you. There was an issue with service lights and Bill set up an appointment to have Rav4 rechecked and I used the shuttle service back to work and from work back to Fiore Toyota to pick up car. Great service. There is also a dent in rear passenger door that Bill is going to have fixed. I truly recommend checking out Fiore Toyota as this was such a happy and painless experience I danced out of the showroom. Thanks again Bill you did a great job. I'm still smiling and dancing. |

The prices at Fiore beat any Toyota dealership that I have ever dealt with. Mark is a straight shooter and very easy to deal with. While other dealerships/dealers try to pressure you into buying a vehicle, Mark lays his best offer out to you the first time. Great experience and will not work with another dealer. |

We visited once to inquire about it, emailed a few times with questions which he was very efficient in answering, and then came back for a second visit.
